A long term interest in the mid-life psychology of Carl Jung led her to seek qualification to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory.  Her spiritual life has been enriched by practicing SoulCollage and she is a certified SoulCollage® facilitator. Over the years she had led retreats on a variety of spiritual topics.

Mooydeen enjoys accompanying others on their spiritual journey, especially those facing mid-life and aging challenges.
