Carrie Newcomer is a performer, recording artist, and educator who has collaborated widely with her music and writing workshops. In recent years she has notably collaborated with Parker Palmer. Carrie will offer a concert at St. Anne on Friday night, and a retreat on Saturday. Registering here is for the concert only.

In the morning Carrie will use music, poetry, individual reflective time, reflective writing, and group discussion (small and large groups). In the afternoon Carrie will lead the group through the process of creating a song based on the morning work and conversations.

In the morning Carrie will use music, poetry, individual reflective time, reflective writing, small and large group discussion to explore how bringing things home to human size helps us to experience the work of compassion , love, justice and spiritual awakening through the lens of faithfulness. In the afternoon session Carrie will lead the group the process of creating a song based upon the work and conversations of the morning.
